Diamonds must be handled with care. Even diamonds, the hardest material in the world, can become damaged under certain circumstances. To prevent as much damage as possible, we recommend that you avoid exposing your diamond jewelery to

Perfume and cosmetic
Sultrasonic cleanerchemicals used in the home

If your jewelry is not properly cared for, dust, dirt and normal wear and tear will gradually cause the gold to lose its shine. Carly recommends regular professional care for your ring. Cali's experienced professionals will check the setting of your ring before performing a cleaning service. While you are not having your ring professionally cleaned, we recommend that you only occasionally use a non-abrasive cleaner specifically designed for diamond jewelry. What is the difference between natural diamonds and lab diamonds?

Lab diamonds are 100% diamonds that have the same physical, chemical, and optical properties as natural diamonds.

What type of diamond certificate will I receive?

All products over 1 carat are accompanied by an IGI certificate, and products under 1 carat are issued an EGL certification card.

What is the product warranty period?

Products purchased within 1 year from the date written on the quality warranty will be provided free of charge (excluding damage due to product use), while products purchased more than 1 year ago will be serviced at a cost.

How long does order production usually take?

All of Kali's products are made using only D/E/F, VS1 or higher lab diamonds carefully selected by jewelry craftsmen and undergo a rigorous product inspection process at every step. It takes 4-6 weeks from order to diamond selection and strict inspection process.

Can it be custom-made with the design I want?

All Kali pieces are handmade by skilled jewelery artisans. We create your one-of-a-kind jewelry using a custom-made method.
